Dalila was born and raised in El Salvador. She speaks Spanish and English. She has several years of experience working in the call center industry as a Customer Service Representative as well as a Quality Analyst. She knows how to treat clientele with the highest standards of service while providing a human touch. She used to work for Habitat for Humanity and is very passionate about helping others. Dalila has several aunts and uncles living in the United States and she has seen how long and hard the process has been and would like to help others to achieve that dream, too.
