Ana Segovia was born and raised in El Salvador. Her mother and most of her family members live in the U.S. in different states, including New York, Virginia, and North Carolina. Ana lived in New York for 5 years and attended school in Florida, Maryland, and New York, where she learned English.
Ana graduated from university in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a major in Human Resources. In 2019, she graduated from ESI School of Management with a master’s degree in Business Psychology.
Ana has almost three years of experience in international customer service as a bilingual representative and as a team leader and supervisor. She enjoys traveling to other countries with her small family and is so grateful for her little boy named Oliver.
