Our firm is willing to take all cases, if we are all in agreement, and good fits for each other. The immigration system journey is complex, and we want full cooperation on both sides to end victoriously, it only takes a consultation to find out.
Why do you charge for a consultation?
Our firm values your time and our own. The best way to provide quality service in a professional and organized manner is putting a value to our time. The consultation fee is miniscule compared to the overall value that you receive in our consultations.
Why do you have various consultation options?
We want to provide the best options that best fit your needs. We have options with our Director’s of Legal Services, with Attorney’s or both at the same time. Our firm provides the upmost professional, and high expertise in immigration services. We have a team of attorneys that fight some of the most complex cases in the Bay Area. In our opinion, you want a team fighting for you when maneuvering the immigration system.
Why hire an attorney? I can handle my own case; I just have a few questions before filing.
That is GREAT – we welcome those that want to take the initiative to file their own cases. We also want to protect them in some way, guide them in the correct direction to avoid common mistakes. Our firm offers a Self-Help Service that can show you support in this situation. Please call our firm to understand more.
Is Immigration Reform coming soon? Should I wait?
Our firm is hopeful that we hear news regarding reform. Although, we do not want to count on this, if you have never talked to an attorney, or it has been a long time, please call and schedule a consultation to be better prepared for reform. Our firm has created a Preparedness Guide in efforts to be prepared for any Government Reform in the future. Please call to know more about it.
Should I wait until my son/daughter is 21 years old to schedule a consultation?
No, it is always best to be one step ahead of everything. We have cases where certain necessary documents take longer than expected. As such, best practice is to consult with a legal representative and develop a plan to achieve your immigration goals as early as you can in the process.
