Cesar was born and raised in Mexicali, Baja California, a border city. He graduated from Universidad de Guadalajara in International Relations in 2023. During his last semester he started working as an Immigration Case Assistant in Leleu & Gomez Alfaro, LLC, an immigration firm based in New York. He speaks English and Spanish. Since he grew up near the border, he has always been interested in and surrounded by the fight for immigration rights, and regarding this fight he wants to do his part.
