Wendy Landerholm
About
Wendy Landerholm was born in Taiwan but immigrated to the United States at the age of four or five, so she is fluent in English and Mandarin. She spent five months studying Spanish in Ecuador, so, although it’s a little rusty, she can communicate a little in Spanish. Like many on our staff, she loves to travel and took two years to travel and live in China, Europe, India, and Nepal.
She enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking (her favorite was three to four weeks in the Himalayas in Nepal), camping, and gardening. Due to her love of nature, she believes strongly in living sustainably in this world and hopes to one day live in a net-zero home. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Master’s in Education. Other than work, she has two curious and imaginative preschoolers that keep her quite busy.
She comes from a family of immigrants. Her aunts and uncles all immigrated to the U.S. from Taiwan, many of whom passed through a family business before obtaining the education and experiences they needed in order to achieve personal and professional success. In many respects, they have achieved the American dream that we, too, are hoping to win for our clients at Landerholm Immigration, A.P.C.
